Did you know that doing arts and crafts help keep your eyes sharp and exercised? To help with your vision care we’ve come up with a fun vision month craft that anyone is sure to love.
- Googly eyes
- Lever punch
- X-acto knife
- Green highlighter
- Orange highlighter
- 8×11 Cardstock paper
- Glue gun
Step 1: Measure craft paper to be 3×5.
Step 2: Cut paper to size.
Step 3: Score paper down the middle and fold paper in half.
Step 4: Punch holes out for the eyes on one side of the fold (fold should be vertical).
Step 5: Glue googly eyes on the inside of the card so they fit through the eye holes.
Step 6: On inside of the card draw a cute animal (we chose a cat) so the googly eyes are the animal’s eyes.
Step 7: On the outside of the card write, above the googly eyes, “I have” and below the googly eyes “only 4 you!” so the final message reads “I have eyes only 4 you!”
Step 8: Give to someone you love!
